Don't know what this image is about? Well, in Singapore, they have buildings called HDB (Housing and Development Board) flats. This picture of HDB flats was taken from a balcony! You've got to love taking photos on balconies.
We wonder what the photographer was thinking as this inspirational sunrise picture was taken with the not-so-perfect yet artistically still kind of perfect (because imperfection is perfection nowadays) digital camera...
